Yesterday, I had the privilege of working with some super kids at a local YMCA for Healthy Kids' Day. I had a booth to promote Autism Awareness and the website. Many kids came by the booth and made a really neat commitment. They "promised" to be a friend to someone with autism. They represented this "promise" with a personalized "link" or "strip" to the promise chain. On their "promise" link, some drew, wrote, or expressed how they were going to be a friend to someone with autism. Of course, each child received a cool "medal" for their unique contribution to the "promise" chain. Check out their "promise" chain below!
